Tony Caldwell, a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, has over 30 years of experience across military, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. He has a proven track record of leading diverse teams, from small groups to organizations of over 250 people.
Tony enlisted in 1988, before becoming a commissioned officer in 1993, serving for almost 27 years. Tony spent more than a decade at the Pentagon, leading organizational design strategies, equipping units for combat deployments, and building the Army’s initial Cyber capability teams.
Driven by a passion for helping leaders create greater impact and overcome career obstacles. Tony focuses on coaching leaders who are in the "messy middle" of their organizations. His unique perspective has earned him a reputation as the "wise elder" who can help clients find clarity and their purpose.
